Our Process
We keep the process straightforward, with clear communication from the first conversation through to completion.
1. Consultation
We’ll arrange a time to come out, look at the job and understand what you’re wanting to achieve.
2. Quote & scope
We’ll provide a clear, written quote outlining the work involved and what’s included. We’ll make sure you understand the scope before moving forward, with no pressure to commit.
3. Planning & preparation
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll work through the details needed to get your project ready to start. Depending on the project, this may include plans and specifications, council requirements or consents, material and product selections, subcontractor scheduling and site preparation.
4. Confirm & schedule
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm the scope of work, discuss any important details and agree on a start date. Everything is confirmed before work begins.
5. We build
Our team gets to work. We’ll keep you updated throughout the project so you know what’s happening, what’s coming up and if anything needs to be discussed along the way.
5. Completion & handover
Once the work is complete, we’ll walk through the finished project with you, make sure everything has been completed as agreed and answer any final questions before we wrap up.
